Join us for a “no such thing as TMI” conversation where we will talk about the medical language for your body, puberty, the menstrual cycle, menstrual cycle products, hygiene practices and body safety. We won’t get to the birds and the bees in this session, but we have a follow up class for that! This class is geared for girls ages 9 to 13.
Both parent and child will leave feeling comfortable and empowered discussing puberty going forward.
